The World Bank/IFC Job: KM Consultant for building external Communities of Practice

Dear KM friends,

 

The World Bank Financial and Private Sector Development is looking to a consultant for designing, building and sustaining a Community of Practice in Financial Sector Regionalization area, starting at July 1 to Dec 31, with the potential extension after the period.

 

The key role is to identify objectives/goals of the CoP, draft a CoP implementation plan with appropriate tools/platform/activities and facilitate the CoP activities (face-to-face/online discussion, event, codification of knowledge etc). This particular CoP focuses on creating sort of Global Center of Excellence on the topic by connecting external key players.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

-Hand-on experience and deep understanding on how to build and sustain CoP for peer learning, knowledge sharing and creation with appropriate collaboration tools

-Strong familiarity and work experience in financial sector issues
