With the successful implementation of KCDI's Farm Management Training Programme (FMTP) in Jamaica, the St. Lucian Ministry of Agriculture along with other stakeholders (IICA, First Caribbean International Bank, Farmer Association, Chamber of Commerce ect) came on board to have the FMTP introduce to their farming sector via progamme consultations and field field seminar
