Fellow KM Professionals,
Continuing my exploration of building a community of interest in KM. The attached slide provides you with a quick overview of what topic we covered at our last gathering. We are working through a three-part series on KM strategy, and I'm drawing heavily from my mentor Dan Kirch. We will go through the third part in February after which I am hoping to do a video conference with some professionals on doing KM assessments of organizations.

To all who may have an interest.
We held our second KM CoP at RAF Molesworth. I have come to understand that my company actually has a quite robust KM COP as well as many other COPs. These are connected via a tool called Yammer which the company uses as a question/response tool. It does allow for fairly rapid responses and aligns with many best practices identified in KM. We held our initial Knowledge Management Community of Practice meeting at RAF Molesworth this past month, and I wanted to provide an update to anyone interested.
