As a precursor to the ICT4Ag conference being coorganised by CTA, MINAGRI and partner organisations in Kigali, Rwanda, the Plug and Play Day (November 4, 2013) offers participants a valuable and very practical insight into the latest technological developments in the field of ICT for agriculture.

Proposals are being solicited from the general public for apps/tools/solutions developers and “techies”, who may be interested in demonstrating or teaching others how to use these technologies for agricultural development.
