This is really useful.  Thanks for posting.  It's great to understand all the roles of a CoP facilitator.  I'm in the process of reviving or strengthening a number of CoPs on a regional level, so will ensure that each has a dynamic facilitator.  Do you have a transcript of your video to use as a guideline?
