Maputo 2002 Outputs

The workshop covered a variety of aspects of KM including a KM Overview (PPT) and more detailed sessions on Before, During, and After Learning (PPT) , Communities of Practice (PPT), Storytelling (PPT), and KM and Technology (PPT)

Marc Steinlin of Helvetas gave a presentation on his experience of getting buy-in (PPT) for KM at Helvetas. Richard Gerber, CKO of the Department of Communications of South Africa gave a presentation on Knowledge Management within the Dept of Communcations (PPT).

Outputs from the workshop include a Rapporteur's Report (DOC) as well as a number of stories that were developed through the Storytelling sessions.
