I believe that it is very important that every Project Implementation Unit is able (and allowed) to evaluate its performance not only in terms of outreach but also in terms of performance of the staff involved, at every level. Most Significant Change - Scampis Strategy

We are developing the Most Significant Change monitoring tool within the context of 3 countries project on micro-irrigation (Scampis project in India, Guatemala, Madagascar).
