Great presentation on nature and success factors of Enterprise 2.0

This is one of the best presentations on Enterprise 2.0 I've seen so far. It clearly communicates what Web 2.0 is about, why traditional KM approaches as well as poorly rolled-out Enterprise 2.0 fail and what factors need to come together to make it work.
