Aurélie Toillier is senior researcher at CIRAD, in management sciences applied to agricultural innovation and capacity development in the context of Southern countries. Her research aims to understand learning processes and organizational dynamics that contribute to innovation capacities. She develops tools and methodologies for capacity assessment and development, in collaboration with professionals engaged in the support of multi-actor innovation projects in a diversity of contexts, mainly in Africa and South-East Asia.
