Just want to ask if there is anyone who have better ideas on how to effectively capture tacit knowledge, i need to hear people's experiences when undertaking this task.Is it something you can say its easy to do or its hard to a certain extent?

I am still a student of KM at the University of Botswana,i was wondering if there is any model for KM strategies or this is something that develops and changes as new knowledge is discovered?

I am undertaking a research project at the Department of Information Science at Loughborough University, UK. The project has the working title:

'facilitation of knowledge exchange in international development'
