Continued discussions on KM strategy

Fellow KM Professionals,

Continuing my exploration of building a community of interest in KM.  The attached slide provides you with a quick overview of what topic we covered at our last gathering.  We are working through a three-part series on KM strategy, and I'm drawing heavily from my mentor Dan Kirch.  We will go through the third part in February after which I am hoping to do a video conference with some professionals on doing KM assessments of organizations.
