Survey Tool for Information Management and Data Analysis

Just wanted to let you know about a great survey tool that can be used for data gathering and analysis. It is called "SoGoSurvey" and it is extremely easy to use. I don't consider myself to be a design or data expert by any means, however this tool gave me the ability and confidence to be able to structure and design a well organized survey, but to then be able to choose from many different types of reporting and graphic formats to represent the data collected.
